Description
Our 3B Yoga Kids yoga camp is an opportunity for your kiddos to learn the skills to be mindful and to deescalate anxiety and stress.
This is a take home experience with 4 yoga classes, meditations, and activities with a workbook for your child to complete put together by our wonderful yoga classes for kids experts Hannah and Haley!
What's Included:
-8 videos total (4 yoga classes, 4 meditation classes)
-activity booklet to go with each class
-Mandala coloring page
-Eye pillow
-intention bracelet craft

Kits can be picked up or shipped. Once your purchase is complete we will e-mail video links and passwords to login. Additional activity kits are available for purchase for additional siblings at $55 each. Please call the studio to purchase additional kits, or e-mail us at theshop@3byoga.com and we will email you an invoice for additional kits.
