200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program

At 3B Yoga, our 200-hour teacher training is grounded in the Vinyasa method and deeply informed by the Ashtanga tradition. You’ll learn structure, breath, and discipline through the framework of the Primary Series while also developing the skills to teach dynamic, accessible Vinyasa flow classes that respond to the needs of modern students.

We teach the art of sequencing, cueing, and adapting for real bodies and real life. Our approach is practical, embodied, trauma-informed and designed to cultivate presence, regulation, and confidence both on and off the mat.

Whether you plan to teach or simply want to deepen your relationship with your body and breath, this training offers a space to study, grow, and return to yourself.

This is more than a certification. It’s a return to self, to breath, and to presence.

Led by highly experienced and skilled teachers, our program honors yoga’s roots while creating space for inquiry, integration, and becoming. You’ll receive a rigorous foundation in technique and philosophy with room to embody it in your own way.

Training is hosted in-person at 3B Yoga in Provo, UT.

Refund Policy
A $500 portion of this tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances.

The remaining balance is refundable only if cancellation is made before August 15, 2025.

After August 15, no refunds will be issued for any reason—even if you are using a payment plan through Klarna or Shop Pay.
