We recently switched to new packaging for Flower Balm, and in colder climates, the first use may be a bit firm. If it’s hard to squeeze out, immediately stop and try warming the tube between your palms or use a clean toothpick to gently puncture the hole after removing the foil seal. Once opened, the formula is soft and easy to use.
