Our ambassadors represent and demonstrate our 3 B’s in their active pursuits. We have carefully handpicked our ambassadors because we believe in the good they are doing in the world. We hope that you follow and find inspiration getting to know our ambassadors. 





First and foremost a mother, also a wife, friend, exercise lover, student & photographer.

As a photographer I capture best the things I feel the most passion about. Over the years I have found myself drawn more and more toward the human body and all of its beautiful complexities and capabilities. I hope to be able to combine my love of photography and interest in the fitness industry by sharing the movement I witness within myself, and the movement I see in those who inspire me.

Fitness has been my biggest passion since, well like, ever! I graduated from Brigham Young University with my BS degree in Exercise Science & Wellness in 2013. I've practiced yoga now for five years and received my YTT from 3B Studio just over two years ago. I love the way exercise makes me feel inside and out and love sharing my passion! I'm also a NASM certified personal trainer...so let me know if you want me to whoop you into shape!

When I'm not working out, you can find me at the beach! I love eating fresh fruit (delicious + nutritious) and being in the warm weather.

I was introduced to Pilates through my ballet training with Boston Ballet School and American Ballet Theatre in New York City and was immediately drawn to to the fluid, purposeful movement and the connection of mind and body. The more I did it, the more I knew I needed it. In 2005 I trained and certified in Pilates through The Physicalmind Institute and in 2015, The Pilates Method Alliance. 

I have worked with mentors of varying backgrounds across the country. Having also trained in Ashtanga-vinyasa yoga, I try to bring the same grounding aspect to my Pilates sessions. My approach is deeply rooted in classical Pilates principles and repertoire while embracing contemporary innovation and kinesiology. I'm always finding more freedom and creativity within the Pilates framework.

Jenny's focus and self-mastery is something to be admired. She was among the first class of students to certify with our very own Amy Williams.

About Rebecca 


Hello Lovelies! My name is Rebecca Swiss. I was born in Brazil, raised in Florida, and now live just outside of Salt Lake City Utah with my husband, Dan, our adorable puppy, Lady Swiss, and our baby boy Aiden Fox!

We love living life to its fullest and enjoying good friends, good food, and great adventures. I grew up on stage dancing ballet for 21 years, and performed with Miami City Ballet and San Francisco Conservatory of Dance. Since January 2016, I have been doing the Kayla Itsines BBG (bikini body guide) program with some yoga and lost 65lbs (weight I gained from my pregnancy)! I'm currently working on attaining the best physical shape I have ever been in and I would love for you to be a part of my journey. 

My blog is a mixture of fashion, lifestyle, and fitness. I want to inspire others to overcome their insecurities and become the best version of themselves they can be. If it be through some fitness inspiration/motivation, style tips, or even just some real life events, I want people to know that they are never alone and that if they believe in themselves, they have the ability to become whoever they'd like to be.

Life is too short to not love living it.

About Ashlee 


I come from an athletic background, including playing competitive soccer through college to a dedicated life in gyms and fitness classes. My Pilates career began 10 years ago when I completed an intense certification program of the Ivan Dahl Method. I was quickly addicted to the practices of Pilates and became excited by the idea of building a career centered on teaching people Joseph’s theory of complete coordination between the body, mind, and spirit. It’s been nothing short of a gift to work with men and women of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds on their physical, mental and emotional transformations. My education includes a period in which I was studying 7 days per week in addition to training full-time.


After a series of residencies at some of LA’s most popular studios I opened my own space in the Beverlywood neighborhood of LA, appropriately called “Pilates with Ashlee.” My clients include bonafide beginners to professional Olympic Athletes. What I love most about my job is working with each client's unique needs and goals, ultimately achieving their results — meeting new people and connecting with them on a weekly basis is what inspires me. 


Empowering individuals through Pilates is my calling, my passion, and truly a gift. To show someone what the body is capable of through effort and perseverance brings the mental mind in alignment with the physical body. Pilates isn’t just about being long and lean. It’s about perfecting the mind, body, and soul — and that’s Pilates With Ashlee’s mission.
